Many of you probably haven’t heard, but Yael was nominated for an Oscar this year. One of the lessor known categories: ‘Best Knocked-Up Wife’. She couldn’t make it to the ceremony in Hollywood so watched from home proudly wearing her favorite t-shirt.
Much to her disappointment, Schnitzelle seems to have been overlooked in the ‘Best Supporting Role’ as big sister. She protested by sleeping through the whole show. Hopefully she’ll have better luck next year.
The most common question I get (after “how is the princess feeling?”) is by far and away, “what’re you having?”
We’ve settled on not knowing, as this way we can play the name game at least twice as long and window shop for twice as many deliciously cute outfits.
Besides, I’m not much bothered either way. . . having been somewhat ambiguous myself!

Escaping the frigid cold of Boston, Yael and I wanted to get some sun for her growing tummy.
She hasn’t looked this good (and distended) in a bikini since she was 6.
